A second infant under 12 months of age was observed in a crib sleeping with a boppy pillow. This was corrected at inspection as the bouncer was removed from the crib and the infant was removed from the bouncer and placed in the crib. The bib and pacifier were removed. The boppy pillow was also removed from the crib during inspection.
