One classroom was observed watching PJ Masks during lunchtime. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver closed the laptop being used to watch tv.

The operation failed to follow one of the conditions of the probation. The operation is required to hold quarterly meetings with employees to review the progress of the probation. Four employees did not attend the meeting for the second quarter.

Two caregivers did not have CPR training. One caregiver had CPR training however it was solely online and did consists of hands-on instruction, practice and testing.

A caregiver gave the wrong number of children in their care. The caregiver was asked twice and gave the wrong number each time. This was corrected when the inspector pointed out that there was one more child than stated and the caregiver gave the correct number.

There is enough evidence to support that the operation put an older child in the infant room that was older than 18 months from the youngest infant in the room.
