746.2807 - Employees Discipline Own Children

This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. It was determined during the course of this investigation that a caregiver did discipline there own child by utilizing corporal punishment. This was done while the caregiver was working and present in front of other children.

One child did not have a complete affidavit for their immunization exemption. The form was signed, dated, and notarized but did not indicate which immunizations he would no longer be receiving.
