A caregiver changed a diaper and did not wash hands afterwards. The caregiver was prompted and then went to wash her hands.

There was an electrical outlet in the infant room that did not have a plug cover.

A caregiver was present at the operation caring for children in the toddler classroom with children aged 23 months to 3 years old without an approved, eligible background check. The caregiver immediately left the operation.

746.5205(1) - Fire Drill Monthly - Exit in 3 Minutes

There has not been any drills conducted since 3/13/2025 for Sheltering/severe weather, 5/29/25 for fire drills, and 5/29/25 for CO Alarm detector, smoke detector, and Fire Extinguisher test. A fire drill was conducted during the inspection to bring this standard into compliance.
