One of the director files that was reviewed were found to be missing training in required topics, such as: communicable diseases and understanding building and physical premises safety.

The loose-fill under and around the use zone for a slide structure and under and around the swing set's use zone was not installed to the required depth as the ground under the surfacing was visible.

In a room with a specified age group of 12-17 months, there were six children with one caregiver. Noted: this was corrected during inspection when the youngest child was moved to another room to accommodate ratios.
