A container of disinfecting wipes labeled KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN was found on the floor in the classroom with 2 and 3 year old children. The caregiver removed the disinfectant wipes out of the reach of children during inspection.

An infant was found asleep in a restrictive device during my walk through of the operation. The care giver removed the infant from the restrictive device to come into compliance.

Two infants in two different cribs were found asleep with bottle sin the cribs with them.
