Personnel records were reviewed during the unannounced inspection. Two caregivers who have been employed for more than 90 days do not have documentation of current CPR certification training.

Personnel records were reviewed during the unannounced inspection. Three caregivers do not have documentation of current certification in First Aid with Rescue Breathing. This training is required for all caregivers within 90 days of employment and before having unsupervised access to children.
