This was corrected when the infant were removed from the devices.

The infant was taken out of the rocking chair to be held for the rest of the feeding.

This was corrected when duct tape was placed over the nails and screws. Observed an outside door that was rotted at the bottom and splintered. Observed brown water stains in the kitchen, classroom and bathroom areas. Observed a baseboard coming off the wall in a classroom.
