Caregiver without current first aid training was observed a sole caregiver for a group of 14 children.

At time of inspection sole caregiver outside was observed with 32 children. Caregiver was over ratio by 6 children. This was corrected at inspection when a second caregiver was added.

Three children with diagnosed food allergies did not have food allergy emergency plans signed by parent and health care professional available to review at time of inspection.

Sole caregiver was observed in hallway without auditory or visual supervision of 24 children in the cafeteria at time of inspection for approximately three minutes.
