There were safety hazards for: - tree play structure; the play structure had spaces that could allow children to get stuck or trapped. Along with exposed nails. This was corrected when the operation covered the spaces with wood and covered the exposed nails. - the swing set plastic was tearing and children would be able to remove the plastic from the swing set. This was corrected when the operation replaced the metal chain on the swing set.
