Three children under two were observed watching Cocomelon during inspection.

Gates were locked and caregivers were not carrying the key to open them.

747.5331 - Registered or Licensed Child-Care Home Must be Equipped with a Working Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detection System, unless located in a School Facility

Carbon monoxide detector did not work when tested during inspection.

747.1313(a) - Pediatric First-Aid and Pediatric CPR Training - Primary, Assistant, and Substitute Caregivers

Two employee files were evaluated. One caregiver had an expired first aid/cpr certificate. One caregiver took the cpr training 100% online. It did not include use of a CPR manikin.

Four children's files were reviewed. Two files did not have the health statement signed by a health care professional.

Four children's files were evaluated. Two files were missing the immunization records.

Operational policies were pending information on parent's rights, and how to access minimum standards.

The mats were not labeled. Note: This was corrected at the time of inspection. A number system was implemented in labeling mats.
