The operation did not have documentation indicating that the batteries in the carbon monoxide detector had been changed within the last 12 months. Noted: This was corrected during the inspection when the batteries were changed and required documentation was made.

746.1301(a)(3)(A) - Training Requirements for Employees, Caregivers, and Directors - Pediatric First Aid with Rescue Breathing

A caregiver, who an been employed over 90 days, did not have a certificate in First Aid available for review.

746.4503(b) - Cots, Beds, Mats Labeled With Child's Name

During walk-through of the classrooms it was rest time only 2 out of 8 that required nap maps had maps available for review. *8 out of 8 classroom had nap mats were available to review. Corrected at inspection.
