This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegations and found to be deficient. There was video evidence to support that a caregiver inappropriately disciplined a child by "popping" a child in the chest to get the child's attention. The caregiver is no longer employed at the operation.

746.2805(3) - Prohibited Punishments - Grabbing and Pulling

This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegation and found to be deficient. There was video evidence to support that a caregiver grabbed a child by the arm inappropriately in the classroom. The caregiver is no longer employed at the operation.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. The parents were provided with an old copy of the parent handbook and were not provided with an updated copy when items were added.
