The operation has not practiced a fire drill since they received their permit. This was corrected at inspection by completing a fire drill, a lock down, and a severe weather drill. These were also documented on the Fire Safety Practices Form 7263.

Four children's files were reviewed and none had an admission date.

744.1331(c) - Employee record: Signed and Dated Statement for Orientation/Pre-Service training

Review of both staff personnel files were lacking pre-service or orientation training certificates and/or statements by employee and staff that provided the training of completion of this training.

744.2669 - Food Allergy Plan-Emergency plan for diagnosed child, signed by health care professional and parent

One child in care with a food allergy noted had an emergency food allergy plan that was missing instructions and signature of a medical professional.
