Children didn't wash their hands after coming in from outdoor play and prior to some eating snack. Staff had to be instructed to have the children go wash their hands.

It was observed during today's inspection that children participating in outdoor play were allowed to walk across the parking lot to come into the building to use the restroom unsupervised.

The allegation is related to a DFPS abuse/neglect investigation. Based on information received during the investigation conducted by DFPS, children weren't properly supervised during use of the outdoor play equipment and staff were not aware that a child was seriously injured until an hour later.
