An infant was observed sitting in a high chair for longer than fifteen minutes. (Note: The child was not eating at the time. The child was removed from the high chair).

The operation was over ratio. There were six children in care ages 6 months - 2 years with one caregiver. There were three children 0 - 17 months and 3 children 18 months - 2 years. The operation was over ratio by one child. (Note: This was corrected during the inspection when a second caregiver arrived).
