746.5101(b) - Annual Fire Inspection - Conducted by Fire Marshal

The facility's most recent fire inspection available for review shows it was last conducted on 12/18/2024.

746.1601 - Child/ Caregiver Ratio - 13 or More Children

Based on the classroom roster, interviews with staff, and during the inspection, on two separate occasions one teacher had six children, ages 4 months, 5 months, 11 months, 13 months, 16 months, and 16 months. The specified age is 0-17 months with a ratio of 1:4, which would make them over ratio by two children. In addition to one teacher having six children, ages 4 months, 11 months, 13 months, 16 months, 16 months, and 16 months. The specified age is 12-17 months with a ratio of 1:5, which would make them over ratio by one child.

746.2203(b) - Written Activity Plans - Plan Followed by Caregiver

The Pre-K class did not engage in active play during their scheduled outdoor time. This was corrected at inspection when a discussion was had with the director and caregiver about alternative active indoor play when the playground in inaccessible.

746.3407(13) - Using, Storing and Disposing of Hazardous Materials

Bleach wipes were being stored in an unlocked cabinet accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the director removed the wipes.

746.4305 - Fenced Outdoor Activity Space

One side of the fence surrounding the playground is 3 feet and not 4 ft as required.
