The operation has an electronic carbon monoxide/smoke detection system connected to a fire alarm panel. The panel has not been inspected for over a year. It was last inspected on 10/24/24.

During inspection, one caregiver was observed supervising a group of 12 children with a specified age of 18 months. The most number of children one caregiver can supervise for this age group is 9. Therefore, the caregiver was over ratio by 3 children. This was corrected at inspection after a second caregiver arrived to assist with covering ratio.
