During the walk through it was observed that a bottle of medication that belonged to the caregiver was out on desk accessible to the children. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the medication was placed in a lock cabinet.

During the walk through a bottle of lysol open was observed accessible to the children. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the lysol wipes bottle was moved to an area that children cannot reach.

It was observed that swing set outside does not meet proper use zones.

During the walk through it was observed that the outside play items did not have surfacing underneath and around equipment. The surfacing was also observed not in proper depth for the play structure

The play equipment outside does not meet proper use zone. The climbing equipment is placed closed to the swing set and near the rotating equipment.
