One caregiver was missing 3 hours of annual training hours.

746.3417(1) - Children Handwashing Before Eating

The Pre-K class did not wash hands with soap and water before eating lunch. They had also just come in from outside time.

746.3407(8) - Garbage Inaccessible to Children; Maintained in Sanitary Manner

Trashcans in the toddler, pre-k classrooms and hallway bathroom did not have lids.

745.641 - AP Background check results - Must receive notification prior to allowing subject to be present at your operation

A caregiver was present without an eligible background check. This was corrected when the caregiver left the oepration and will not return until an eligible background is recieved.

746.1205(a)(4) - Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity

One of the teachers in the infant room was using the restroom in the infant room leaving one teacher to eight infants ages 4 - 17 months.

The morning and afternoon snacks did not include two components.

The loose fill in both of the outdoor play areas did not meet the 6 inch minimum requirement.
