Background check was not validated. CORRECTED AT INSPECTION as validation was completed at the time of inspection.

Changes need to be made to the operational policies. Emergency preparedness plan, outdoor activities, sunscreen/ insect repellant administration, release procedures, transportation, medical emergency procedures, abuse/neglect inforamation, hearing and vision requirements, special needs care, and enrollment procedures need to be reviewed.

The operation had 18 children enrolled and in care at the time of the application inspection. The daycare has been caring for children since December 2, 2024.
