The playground area was observed with a piece of wood missing exposing a nail. This was correct at inspection when the area was covered ensuring the nail was not exposed.

During the inspection, it was observed that the operation's vans did not have child safety alarms installed.

At time of inspection, the loose fill in the playground slide was not the adequate depth required as the ground was visible.
