A volunteer in charge of a group of children did not have the necessary caregiver qualifications to supervise them.

746.1205(a)(4) - Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity

The caregivers did not adequately supervise the children in the classroom, which resulted in one child being hit by another, causing a preventable injury. Additionally, a video recording revealed supervision concerns when a child walked out of the classroom.

Two infants did not have a current infant feeding instructions.
