Of the 5 staff files reviewed, 3 did not have the date of Employment documented. This was corrected during the inspection when the director researched the date of employment for the three staff and then documented the date on their Employment Form.

Of the 6 children's files reviewed, 4 did not have the Date of Admission documented.

While in the Infant room it was observed that 2 of the Infant bottles were not labeled.

Two cots were obstructing one of the exits in the Todddler room. This was corrected when the caregivers moved the cots to a dicfferent area in the classroom.

A loose water hose was available to the children in the outdoor play area. This was corrected during the inspection when the Director/Owner removed the hose.
