2 of the 10 staff files reviewed had CPR/ Frist Aid training that did not have a skills portion conducted.

This standard was found to be deficient. A child left their classroom and was unattended in the hallway for around 2 minutes.

This standard was found to be deficient. Caregivers admitted to using inappropriate language and raised voices in a classroom around children. Another caregiver admitted to sending the labeled bottles home to the incorrect child.

746.1316(a) - Transportation Safety Training -Director and Employee Complete 2 Hours Annually

Three drivers and the director need to complete the 2 hours of transportation safety training.

Child left unattended in the classroom for approximately one minute.

The operation did not have the proper amout of loose fill in fall zone areas.
