It was observed a room with children, children were observed on top and under the furniture, running around and a child was observed leaving the room without an adult intervention.

This standard was evaluated in regards to a DFPS investigation and found deficient. A caregiver forcefully sat a child in a chair and roughly pushed them to the table.

This standard was evaluated in regards to a report and found deficient, The operation failed to report allegations that a caregiver inappropriately disciplined a child to licensing.

Caregivers were not signing in the children as they were arriving in the morning.

It was observed 23 children to one caregiver, the Specified Age group was 3 years old,15 children should have been in care.
