Of the 7 children's files reviewed, 3 did not have the date of Admission documented. This was corrected during the inspection.

746.605(6) - Required Admission Information - Emergency Contact

Of the 7 childen's files reviewed, 2 did not have the address of the emergency contact documented. This was corrected during the inspection.

746.2426(a)(1) - Infant May Not Sleep in a Restrictive Device

An Infant was observed asleep in a bouncy. The Infant was strapped in therefore the bouncy would be considered a restrictive device. This was corrected when brought to the Directors Owners attention.
