All 5 cribs had loose fitting sheets in the infant room.

746.3417(3) - Children Handwashing After Toileting or Diapering

A child was observed not washing their hands after a diaper change. This was corrected at inspection when I asked the caregiver to have the child wash their hands.

746.4003(a) - First Aid Kit - Incomplete Kit

The first aid kit was missing antiseptic wipes or solution, adhesive tape, and tweezers.

746.4751(c) - Maintenance Procedures for Active Play - Hazards Removed or Repaired

A panel of the fence is broken with exposed sharp edges. This was corrected during the inspection when the area was covered and made inaccessible to children.

745.641 - AP Background check results - Must receive notification prior to allowing subject to be present at your operation

Two caregivers were present and caring for children without an eligible background check. This was corrected during the inpsection when the caregiver left the premises.

746.2207(c)(4) - Screen Time Activities - Not Used During Eating or Rest Times

Children were observed watching television while they were eating at the operation. The director shut off the television during the inspection.

746.501(a)(5) - Written Operational Policies - Emergencies

The following operational policies were missing: procedures for handling medical emergencies, parent notifcations of emergencies, parent's rights, use of insect repellent/sunscreen, and produces for outdoor activties.

746.605(6) - Required Admission Information - Emergency Contact

Six children do not have complete emergency contact information and three children do not have medical authorizations.

746.603(a)(4) - Children's Records - Immunizations

Two children do not have current immunization records on file.

746.1315(b) - Each Caregiver and the Director Must Have Current Training in pediatric CPR

Two caregivers do not have a current CPR/First Aid training.
