Three bottles in the infant room were not labeled with the infant's first name and initial of last name. Note: This was CORRECTED during inspection as the bottles were labeled with the required information.

There was a sippy cup with milk on the floor of the outdoor play area. A bag of trash had been left in the outdoor play area. Corrected at Inspection: The items were removed from the outdoor play area.

The sign in and out log was not maintained. There were 19 children present and 4 children were not signed in. Corrected at Inspection: The four children were signed in.
