During a Spring Break movie day, a caregiver was on their personal device doing administrative duties. Classroom video footage was captured of 30 minutes where the caregiver did not look up at all to have attention on the children.

During Spring Break movie day, camera footage was captured of 30 minutes where the caregiver did not intervene when an incident happened with two children. The caregiver was sitting in the back of the room and on personal device for administrative duties that took attention away from children.
