This standard was reviewed in relation to the allegation and found to be deficient. The operation did not report to the parent at the end of the day a less serious injury.

746.2207(a) - Screen Time Activities - Not Used for Under Two

This standard was reviewed in relation to the allegations and found to be deficient. It was learned during the investigation the infant room has been watching tv while in care.

746.2401(6) - Basic Requirements for Infants - Free from Choking Objects That May Cause Choking in Infants or Toddlers

This standard was reviewed in relation to the allegations and found to be deficient. There was enough evidence showing an infant sleeping with a bib on while at the operation.

746.2207(a) - Screen Time Activities - Not Used for Under Two

During a walk through of the building, it was observed a classroom with 7 students with students under the age of 2. It was brought to the caregivers attention, and turned off while licensing was in the building.

746.2407 - Infant Care Area Furnishings and Equipment -Use of Safety Straps

During an inspection, it was observed an 10 month old infant eating a snack at the bucket table without being strapped in. The table did not have any straps in any of the seats.

746.5205(4) - Documentation of Drills

During a review of the emergency practice drills, it was observed no fire drills has been conducted since January 29, 2025.

746.3407 - Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

During a walk through inspection, it was observed in one classroom holes in the wall throughout the room. Photos were taken and reviewed with the director. Compliance was met while licensing was still in the building.
