The operation's last documented fire inspection by the local fire marshal was conducted on 1/3/25. No fire inspection had been conducted yet in 2026.

At the time of inspection, one child did not have their most current immunization record, according to their age, on file for review.

746.603(a)(3) - Children's Records - Health Statement

One child did not have a complete health statement on file for review. The child's parent did indicate that the child had been examined by a health care professional within the last 12 months, but no date or signature was present on the form.

746.2419(8) - Requirements for Feeding Infants - Other Use of Handwashing Sink

There is only one sink present in the infant care room for the operation, and it is used for both hand washing after diapering procedures, as well as the rinsing/washing out of the feeding bottles for the infants. This was corrected during the inspection as a plan was enacted to place the dirty bottles in a bucket and transfer them over to the kitchen area to rinsed/washed before being placed back in the child's bag for home.

746.1315(a) - Each Caregiver and the Director Must Have Current Training in pediatric first aid with rescue breathing and choking.

At the time of inspection the center director didn't have current CPR/First aid certification. The certification had expired in February 2025. The director scheduled her training during the inspection time.
