During the course of the investigation, it was determined that caregivers turn shelves around where children do not have access to toys.

During the course of the investigation. it was determined that a caregiver grabbed and pulled a child by the arm and drug the child across the floor.

During the course of an investigation, it was determined that caregivers are using their cell phones for personal use while supervising children.

During the course of an investigation, it was determined that a caregiver was yelling at children.

During the course of an investigation, it was determined that that a caregiver aggressively threw a sock at a child's face. It was determined that a child was thrown against a wall to be placed in time out. It was determined that a caregiver jumped flinch at a child to intimidate the child.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that a caregiver placed a 2-year-old child in time out for approximately 10 minutes.
