746.3819 - Food Allergy Emergency Plan Signed by Parents and Health Care Professional

One child with a peanut and eggs allergy who needs an epi pen had a food allergy plan but it did not specify what medication or dosage is required if exposed. Also the epi pen was not on site as it expired and had not been replaced.

745.641 - AP Background check results - Must receive notification prior to allowing subject to be present at your operation

Two caregivers without background checks submitted were present in two different classrooms at the operation. Note: The caregivers were sent home during the inspection. The director stated she submitted the background checks during the inspection.
