During the inspection two staff were lacking of the annual trainings,

The annual fire marshal inspection has not been conducted in the operation. Last inspection was dates 6/18/24.

The children's products certification form 2885 was not available during the inspection time.

A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2024 data revealed that the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2024 by January 15, 2025, as required.
