The operation did not have a log verifying that the carbon monoxide detector is being checked monthly. The Director purchased a battery operated detector that can be monitored monthly, and ran a test and logged the test on a form during the inspection.

One infant did not have a current feeding instruction document in the classroom signed by the parent for the month of September 2024.

The operation did not have a record verifying monthly checks of the equipment and surfacing material for normal wear and tear, broken or missing parts, debris or foreign objects, drainage problems, or other hazards. The operation Designee completed a check of the play area in detail and documented the findings during the inspection.
