At the time of follow up inspection there was no storage or labeling system for children's personal belongings. Backpacks, jackets, and lunchboxes were observed on cafeteria tables and on the floor.

There are children flipping around operation, standing on tables, playing under tables without caregivers being aware or making corrections.

At the time of follow up the caregivers do not have the key to unlock the gate for the outdoor area to easily exit. This results in there only being one exit.

At the time of follow up the operation does not have acess to declared lockdown area or access to other areas of operation.
