Monthly Fire drills have not been documented for this school year. This was corrected at inspection

744.1201(2) - Responsibilities of Employees and Caregivers - Relate to Children

This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. There was sufficient evidence to support that a caregiver was using inappropriate language with children when speaking to two different children at two different times. A second caregiver was found to be using inappropriate comments about a child with another caregiver in front of other children that could be overheard. The comments that were overheard were insensitive and degrading.

744.303(4) - Report Change in Director

No notification was made to licensing regarding the change in the program and site director.
