During the inspection, two cabinet doors were observed broken, posing a safety risk to the children in the class. Note: This was temporarilly corrected at inspection when the maintenance person installed safety locks on the cabinets to prevent the children from opening them.

During the inspection, two caregivers did not have in-person CPR training portions and one caregiver did not have CPR training.

During the walkthrough, there was diaper cream accessible to children in an unlocked cabinet in two rooms. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the creams were moved to an inaccessible location.
