There was an uncovered electrical outlet in one of the classrooms, and sharp materials were found in a drawer that was accessible to children. This was corrected at the inspection when the outlet was covered and the sharp objects were moved out of reach from children.

Out of the ten staff files reviewed, four caregivers did not have their current CPR/First Aid training or were missing documentation of the hands-on skills portion.
