Based on the information gathered in the investigation, the caregiver demonstrated poor judgement by dismissing a child concern when they tried to report an incident that happened in the restroom. The caregiver failed to investigate the situation or inquire about the details of the incident, neglecting their duty to ensure the child safety and well-being.
