This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegation and found to be in deficient. A caregiver used a personal cell phone in the classroom to take photos of the children.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found deficient. The operation did not report to Child Care Regulation when they became aware that a caregiver was using a cell phone inappropriately in the classroom.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. There was sufficient evidence to support that the caregiver did not use good judgement when the caregiver used a personal cell phone to take photos of the classroom, some with children in the photo, and send the photos to a person not related to the operation.

746.1601 - Child/ Caregiver Ratio - 13 or More Children

One classroom was out of ratio by one child when they had 6 children with a specified age of 12-17 months with one caregiver. This was corrected at inspection by moving one child to another classroom.
