This standard was found deficient as part of a DFPS investigation. It was determined that a caregiver was using her personal cell phone while caring for children.

746.2403(3) - Infant Care Area - Separate from Older Children

This standard was evaluated in regards to a DFPS investigation and found deficient. A five year old was allowed in the infant room on a regular basis.

This standard was evaluated as part of a DFPS investigation and found to be deficient. A child was left unsupervised and the incident was not reported to licensing in a timely manner.
