Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standard for Child Care Centers. On 06/18/2025 a child was physically restrained by an operation staff member; the child was not injured. The operation did not report this non-routine situation that may have placed the child at risk to Child Care Regulation.

746.2805 - Prohibited Punishments - No Harsh, Cruel or Unusual

Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standard for Child Care Centers. An operation staff member physically restrained the child by sandwiching the child between the back of the chair and the operation staff members' body as a result of the child throwing items and tearing items of the walls in the classroom.

Two of the three drivers do no have current transportation training on file.
