The two sinks that children were observed using for hand-washing exceed the water temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

The last children's product certification was completed on 9/20/2024 and it is required to be completed annually. **This was corrected at inspection when the provider updated at inspection.

745.651(2)(B) - Background Check Validation - Once a year listed family homes, licensed, and registered child care homes must validate list of subjects

The last background check validation was completed on 10/1/2025, and this is required to be completed at least once annually for Licensed Child Care Home providers.

747.211(b) - Liability Insurance Requirements - If No Insurance Then Must Provide Written Proof Annually by Anniversary Date of Issuance

Written notification was not provided to Child Care Regulation by the anniversary date of issuance - by 6/17/2025 and this is to be completed annually.

The operation has not provided the Parent's Rights information to parents as required of the operational policies and did not include a policy with iinformation to parents about the promotion of physical activities. The updates required for the policy to pets/animals in the home has been updated and provided to parents.

Cleaning supplies and rash ointments were not inaccessible to children in care as they were within reach. Additionally, the backyard had a broken fence picket that needed to be fixed and had exposed nails from the fence picket that was missing.

The provider added smoke detectors the living room, two play rooms and three nap rooms but the kitchen is still needing a smoke detector where the children have meals and snack.

747.2315(b) - AP Cribs - Only Snug Fitting Sheet and Crib Mattress Cover Allowed if Infant Younger than 12 Months of Age

Two infants that are less than 12 months of age had blankets with them in their play yard while they were asleep. One infant was given the blanket in preparation for nap time by the provider during the inspection.
