Based on the information obtained, the operation did not notify the parent at time of pick up when a child obtained a bump on their head while in care.

1 caregiver who was caring for children during the inspection did not have current CPR and First Aid training. The caregivers training expired in May.

The operation did not provide written notification to Child Care Regulation prior to changing the hours of operation. Note - This was addressed when the provider sent an email to CCR stating the adjusted hours of operation as of 6/16/2025.

During the inspection food and other dishes were observed on the hand washing sink. Note: The provider removed the items to another separate sink that is not used for hand washing.

746.3425(1) - Caregivers Must Wear Gloves When Handling Blood or Bodily Fluids

The caregiver was not wearing gloves when attending to a child that was bleeding from head.
