An individual was present and caring for children who did not have a background check run at the daycare.

During the inspection an infant who was not on table food did not have updated feeding instruction in the past 30 days.

This standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance when it was determined that a child who attended the daycare for multiple days did not have admission information on file with the daycare.

746.501(a)(30) - Written Operational Policies - Support inclusive services

This standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance when the operational policies did not mention the daycare would ensure they integrate children with special care needs into their activities.

746.2202(4) - Planned activities designed to meet special care needs-Integrated activities

This standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance when it was determined that a child with special care needs was excluded from the class for a day.

During the insepction it was found that they were not exiting in the required 3 minutes.

Upon arrival to the operation the director's child, who was in care, was seen outside the building without caregiver supervision.

746.2805(1) - Prohibited Punishments - Corporal Punishment

This standard was found to be out of compliance through a DFPS investigation. A caregiver was determined to have popped a child to discipline them.
