Two plates with milk and cereal that were served to children for breakfast were observed in the afterschool room.

746.3313(1) - Daily Menus - Record Comparable Substitutions

The menu posted in the kitchen and front lobby did not include the substitutions made. The menu being rotated did not include a current date. The dates on both menus posted were April 2025 and October 2025. Note: This was corrected during the inspection as the substitutions made and current dates were added to the menus.

746.3701(10) - Safety - Televisions Anchored to Prevent Tip Over

A television observed on top of a children's shelf in the afterschool room was not anchored. Note: This was corrected during the inspection as the television was removed from the room and stored in the office area.

746.1316(a) - Transportation Safety Training -Director and Employee Complete 2 Hours Annually

A caregiver conducting transportation during inspection did not have current training in Transportation Safety. The training certificate available for review was last completed on February 14, 2024.

746.501(a)(30) - Written Operational Policies - Support inclusive services

The operational policies reviewed did not include the operation's procedures for supporting inclusive services to children with special care needs.

746.3417(1) - Children Handwashing Before Eating

Four school-aged children did not wash their hands prior to eating their afternoon snack. Note: This was addressed with the caregiver and children were directed to wash their hands.

746.3317(6) - Food Service and Preparation Requirement - Use Sanitary Holders

Children in the after-school room and toddler room were served their afternoon snack on a bare table. Note: This was addressed with the caregivers and children were provided napkins to place their snack on.
