Four out of the six bucket seats in the infant kidney table are missing safety traps. One child was using a bucket without the safety trap and another child was unbuckled.

Rug in classroom 3 has multiple dirt stains and diaper changing mat is torn. Cleaning products in toddler - prek age classrooms are stored on top of the counter and accessible to children. There are three moisture absorbers by hall and accessible to children. There is a large stain on the wall in room 7, by the hand drier. Note: cleaning products and moisture absorbers were removed during inspection.
