746.4751(c) - Maintenance Procedures for Active Play - Hazards Removed or Repaired

At the time of inspection the school age outdoor activity area was observed to be in need of maintenance. A portion of the wooden fence had protruding nails, a large amount of dead insects and bird feces was observed on the concrete and equipment. A dismantled barbecue grill was observed on the patio.as well as 2 water hoses that would be accessible if children were present.

746.3407(12) - Mark Cleaning Supplies, Toxic Materials; Keep Separate from Food and Inaccessible to Children

At the time of inspection several classrooms were observed to have cleaning supplies that were accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection by having staff place the supplies out of reach.

746.2805(3) - Prohibited Punishments - Grabbing and Pulling

It was determined that improper disciplinary methods involving prohibited punishment were used in the discipline of a child.

746.605(15) - Required Admission Information-Child's allergies and Completed Food Allergy Plan

At the time of inspection one child with a diagnosed food allergy did not have an emergency response plan in their file.

746.5205(1) - Fire Drill Monthly - Exit in 3 Minutes

At the time of inspection there were 6 documented fire drills for 2025 which did recorded evacuation times over 3 minutes.

746.307(c) - Parental Notification of Less Serious Injuries

It was determined that staff did not notify parents of an incident involving a child's minor injury which occurred while in care at the operation.
